Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are calculated from the total contracted transportation price.
Important:
Terms written in an individual quotation or contract take priority over this general policy.
General cancellation charges

| 1 day before | 80% of total contract price |
| 2 days before | 70% of total contract price |
| 3 days before | 60% of total contract price |
| 4 days before | 50% of total contract price |
| 5 days before | 40% of total contract price |
| 6 days before | 30% of total contract price |
| 7 days before | 20% of total contract price |
| 8 days or more before | 10% of total contract price |
Non-refundable costs
Bank fees, payment fees, currency conversion costs and expenses already incurred may be deducted from a refund.
Refund processing
Any refundable balance is processed after applicable charges and non-refundable costs are deducted.
