Terms of Service
General terms applying to quotation requests and transportation reservations.
Written quotation controls
The final written quotation or contract controls the vehicle, route, operating time, price, payment conditions and included costs.
Changes and additional services
Additional stops, route changes, waiting, overtime or services not included in writing may be charged separately.
Availability and reservation
Submitting a request does not reserve a vehicle. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.
Customer responsibility
The customer must provide accurate passenger, luggage and itinerary information and must follow vehicle safety rules and the driver’s reasonable instructions.
Damage and cleaning
The customer may be responsible for repair, cleaning or other costs caused by passengers when vehicle damage or excessive contamination occurs.
Events beyond reasonable control
Service may be delayed, changed or cancelled due to severe weather, road closures, accidents, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
